AI Assistants
Assistants grounded in your own material, with citations, permissions and a defined refusal behaviour.
A useful business assistant is mostly retrieval engineering and permission design, not prompt writing. We index the source material the organization actually trusts, enforce the same access rules the underlying systems enforce, require citations on every answer, and tune the assistant to decline rather than improvise when the evidence is thin. Escalation to a human is a feature, not a fallback.

FAQ
Will the assistant invent answers?
Grounding and citation requirements reduce it substantially, and we tune for refusal when retrieval confidence is low. For regulated communications we keep a human approval step regardless.
Where does our data go?
Into an architecture you approve during design, with the residency, retention and vendor-training terms documented before anything is indexed.
Can an assistant see only what an employee is allowed to see?
Yes — permission inheritance is a core requirement in our builds, and we test it explicitly with restricted accounts before launch.
How long before an assistant is useful?
A scoped internal assistant over a defined document set typically reaches pilot in four to eight weeks; breadth is added after the first cohort trusts the answers.
