AI Training

Training built on your documents, your workflows and your compliance rules — not on generic prompt lists.

Adoption is where most AI budgets quietly disappear. We train by role rather than by tool: an underwriter, a listing coordinator and a controller need different judgement about when a model can be trusted. Sessions use live files from the client environment, and every cohort leaves with a reviewed prompt library and an escalation rule for when not to use the assistant at all.

FAQ

Is the training delivered on site or remotely?

Both. Executive sessions are usually on site; role-based cohorts run well remotely and are recorded for onboarding new staff later.

Do you train in French?

Yes. Sessions, materials and prompt libraries are delivered in French for Quebec and bilingual national teams, using Quebec business terminology rather than translated English.

How large is a cohort?

Twelve to eighteen participants for hands-on labs. Larger groups work for literacy sessions but stop working once people need to open their own files.

What happens after the training ends?

Cohorts get a thirty-day support window, and we measure usage rather than satisfaction — the question is whether the workflow changed, not whether people enjoyed the day.
